TRADING TERMS

These Trading Terms apply to all orders for goods and services purchased through our Site or by direct enquiry.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• You will receive confirmation once we accept your order.

• Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

• We accept payment via approved methods stated in the quote.

• Payment must be received before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• You must provide accurate delivery details.

• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

• You must inspect goods on delivery and notify us of damage or issues within 7 days.

• Failure to do so will be treated as acceptance.

• Custom/bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.

• Faulty items will be remedied per consumer rights law.

• We warrant workmanship and materials as specified in our quote.

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised alterations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
